These terms govern the Limitless Home Improvement Appointment & Job Notifications text-messaging program operated by Limitless Home Improvement LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The program covers two groups: homeowners and customers who have scheduled work or an estimate with us, and trade partners (subcontractors) who work with us. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive texts, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
Homeowners and customers. When you provide your mobile phone number and consent, we send SMS text messages related to your remodeling or general-contracting service, including appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to your service inquiries.
Trade partners and subcontractors. If you work with us as a subcontractor, we send SMS text messages letting you know when a job matching your trade and service area is available to bid.
2. How you opt in
Homeowners and customers. You agree to receive text messages from us when you give us your mobile phone number while requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise asking us to contact you by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Trade partners and subcontractors. You agree to receive text messages about jobs available to bid when you give us your mobile number as a business contact while joining our trade-partner list. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP.
We do not purchase, rent, or import phone numbers, and we do not send text messages to anyone who has not given us their number and asked us to contact them.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Homeowners and customers receive messages when an appointment is scheduled, confirmed, or changed. Trade partners receive a message only when a job matching their trade and service area becomes available. Neither program sends messages on a recurring schedule.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
5. Opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
6. Help
For help, text HELP to the number you receive messages from, or contact us at (574) 300-9481 or limitless.improvement@gmail.com. Texting HELP will return contact information for customer support.
7. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
